Cookie notice

This notice describes the browser storage and related technologies used on this website. It also explains the controls available to you.

Choose your preference

Essential functions remain available whatever you choose. Meta marketing technology is loaded only after you select “Allow marketing”. Choosing essential only prevents Zenoka from loading the Meta Pixel. It also stops the site from retaining campaign identifiers and sending events through the Meta Conversions API.

Current preference: essential only

Essential storage

The site stores your consent preference in local browser storage so it does not ask for the same choice on every page. This preference is named zenoka_marketing_consent_v1. The enquiry form also uses technical request information and short-lived server-side rate data to protect against automated misuse; this does not create a marketing profile.

Marketing technology

When marketing is allowed, the site may use:

  • _fbp, used by Meta to distinguish browsers for conversion measurement;
  • _fbc, used by Meta to associate a consented visit with a Facebook click identifier;
  • session storage named zenoka_attribution_v1, containing only the approved UTM and ad attribution fields present in the visit URL; and
  • a short-lived, HttpOnly yb_schedule_token cookie, issued only after a consented Calendly confirmation to protect the matching server-side conversion request from cross-site forgery.

Consented events include page views and visits to selected content. They also record marked calls to action. Successfully delivered enquiries and bookings confirmed by Calendly are measured as conversions. Browser and server versions of enquiry and booking events share an event identifier so Meta can deduplicate them.

Calendly

The contact page contains a Calendly scheduling frame. Calendly may use its own operational storage when the calendar loads or you make a booking. This supports the booking service and is separate from the Zenoka Meta preference. Zenoka forwards UTM parameters to Calendly only when marketing has been allowed. A direct Calendly link is provided if the frame is unavailable.

Changing your choice

You can return to this page or select “Manage consent” in the footer at any time. Switching to essential only stops future Zenoka marketing events. It removes the Zenoka attribution session entry and any Meta cookies accessible to this website. A third party may retain storage set in its own domain. You can manage that storage through your browser or the provider’s controls.
